He also told me that he cares about me, and when the conversation ended, I felt an overwhelming sense of peace and relief. I didn’t feel confused, anxious, or pressured. I felt respected, heard, and understood. That’s why I’m wondering if this is a sign that he’s truly healing and growing, because the energy and accountability in this conversation felt very different from before.
