Why cannot I let go of my pain? I do everything to let go. But it never does. I try understand the root cause or write it down or stop thinking about it. But nothing helps. I try not to rethink it - question #19834
but I can't. Every hurt anyone has done against me Stay apart of me. I feel to deeply. I also carry others pain… I have meditated try to clear my energy from others and mine but doesn't seem like it works it's like I'm stuck I don't even have to know the person to carry their energy just their story

The thing is,you're harming yourself,and you've had esoteric abilities since birth The energy hidden within you, which has been there since you were born ,is very powerful ,and you need to use it skillfully and know how to channel your energy for your own good rather than letting it destroy you .You need to learn how to handle this energy properly, then, if you do everything right ,it will work in your favor and benefit you .Then your pain will disappear forever.
