I feel that she holds feelings for you in her heart. She remembers about you. At the same time she now might need time and space as she is going through inner crisis/ transformation — re-inventing herself and sort of deciding who she is now and what she wants in the future. I feel quite chaotic energy around her. In about 6 months she will be returning to thoughts about you more and more.
