Of course ,Goran will tell you how he really feels about you, and you don't need to hold back and not tell him how you feel .In your situation ,both you and here are afraid to say out loud that you have mutual feelings for each other and that you like each other, but you and hear silent ,and someone has to take the first step, so take that step. He needs to be pushed into it.
